NURSING VACANCY
We are seeking staff with a strong patent focus as well as a desire  to deliver the highest standard of nursing care thereby contribution to health improvement and meet the health needs of critically ill patents

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
The Incumbent will be responsible and accountable for
Quality Patient Care ,service excellence and continuous quality improvement
• Comprehensive Patient Care Audits;
• Overall Nursing Management of Patient as well as Risk and Asset Management;
• Adherence to Nursing policies, procedures and standards;
Effective communication with Medical Practitioners and Hospital Management on nursing activities;
• Review patient care to ensure it meets legal, ethical, updated clinical and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

REGISTERED NURSES: THEATRE CATH LAB
A degree I diploma in general nursing and midwifery. A post-graduate Diploma in Operating Theatre will be an added advantage. Registered with the HPCNA. At least 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse preferably in a Theatre / Catheterisation laboratory environment
