JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage and execute the company’s long and short-term sustainable revenue growth strategies in line with ABInBev structure, policies and culture in-country
KEY OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Development and implementation of the company’s business plan.
• Develop and execute short and long-term Revenue Growth Management strategies
• Provide leadership, coaching and capability development programs.
• Formulate and execute operating expenses and capital investment budgets.
• Build strong customer relationships and team capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum requirement: Relevant 3-year Business Degree.
• Extensive Management experience at senior levels.
• Extensive FMCG experience. ABInBev Product & Industry knowledge
• Analytical skills, business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, good presentation skills.
• Corporate governance in line with ABI policies.
• Effective team and diversity management.
• Experience with ABInBev systems such as Syspro & IBIS, are advantageous.
• Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
