Purpose of the Position

To provide support to the branch staff and manager by performing clerical and administrative tasks as well as supervising and coordinating other support functions for the branch to function efficiently. Execute all financial and conveyancing administrative activities for the branch.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

•   Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Office Management or Business Administration.

•   3 years’ work experience, with at least 1 year in clerical or secretarial roles.

•   Computer literacy, energetic and presentable, Accuracy, Customer service orientated, Sense of urgency.
